Please let me know if you have a better idea of how this can be done. <br /><br />Let me know if you feel you have been assigned too many tickets. We might all feel this way until a new person is hired (hopefully by the end of next week). Eventually, we'll figure out how many assigned tickets each team member 
can handle each day. This will be parameter I will consider to assign tickets more 
evenly.<br /><br />I assigned all the overdue tickets this morning.<br /><br />Thank you for your continuous suggestions and your work,<br /><br />~Brian<br />

Please be aware of the following changes in our workflow:<br /><br />1) Use of personal signatures in our responses. <br /> - We will be replacing our team signature with our own names at the end of each reply<br /> - After some testing on this area, I was able to observe the following;<br /><div style="margin-left: 40px;">  - This will provide a more personal service to our customers<br /></div><div style="margin-left: 40px;">  - It will help us provide more precise and personal answers<br /></div><div style="margin-left: 40px;">  - Customers are a lot nicer in their messages<br /></div><div style="margin-left: 40px;">  - It will give us the opportunity to take ownership of the issue the customer is experiencing (see next point) <br /></div><br />2) We'll start using the &quot;owner&quot; feature in Kayako<br /> - This will set you as the owner of any ticket you reply to<br /> - Your tickets will be marked with a &quot;*&quot; in Kayako. Please make your tickets your first priority when you start your shift<br /> - Anyone is welcome to answer other team member's tickets once your own tickets and all the overdue tickets are taken care of<br /><br />3) Workflow<br /> - We have talked about this one in the past, but I don't think we have done the best we can to adhere to it <br /> - We'll work in the following manner: Your own tickets &gt; Overdue tickets &gt; Queue with the highest number of tickets<br /> - Let me know whenever you start working on QA-related issues. <br /><br />4) Todo Online billing issues<br /> - Yellow flag this type of issues. This will help us get our attention to them first and take care of them as fast as possible<br /> - Get the following information from the customer: email address used to create their Todo Online account and their PayPal or purchase receipt<br /> - Once you have this information, escalate the ticket in the Todo Online queue and ping me about it<br /> - I will then get in touch with the Moki team who will look into the account<br /><br />Please get a hold of me once you go through this message.
