Chinese characters

Since a few days, when I connect to the website todocloud.com on my account, it appears in chinese letters so I can't use it. Can tou help? Best, Thierry

Please see the attached images to get this resolved, select the settings option in the top right corner: 

 



The select the user icon as seen here: 


Select the drop down option and choose english:
