Error trying to syncronize Todo Cloud in iPhone

When I tried to update the Todo Cloud of my iPhone I get the message "Error, check diagnostico log"

If you're constantly being prompted to check diagnostic report kindly verify if the data on todo-cloud.com is current and correct, once it is kindly have the app uninstalled and reinstalled on your device and test if the issue persists.
