Contexts can be used to organize your tasks by geographical locations. Keep in mind that you can only assign one context to each of your tasks.

  • Creating Contexts on Todo Cloud Web:
    • Select the "Create a Context +" button found beneath all your contexts in the left hand display
    • Enter the name of your Context
    • Press the return button on the keyboard or press the "ok" button with your mouse
  • Deleting Contexts on Todo Cloud Web:
    • Open the lists option menu by hovering over a context name and selecting the pen that appears
    • Select "Delete" from the context option menu
  • Renaming Contexts on Todo Cloud Web:
    • Open the context option menu by hovering over a context name and selecting the pen that appears
    • Select "Rename"
    • Enter the new name of your context
    • Press the return button on the keyboard or press the "Save" button with your mouse
  • Filtering Tasks by Contexts on Todo Cloud Web:
    • Select the Context you would like to filter by from the left window
    • Once you have selected a context notice the filter bar at the very top of your tasks. This filter bar helps you see which criteria you are filtering by
    • When you are done filtering your tasks, select the "Clear" button on the right of the filter bar
