My account will not sycn in my app

 My toddler deleted my ToDo cloud app from my iPod touch 5g. I reinstalled it and now it won't sync with my account. I tried the reset and that still won't sync. I logged in with my husband's account info and it sycns just fine. So I know it's not my app or iPod. I want this fixed because I'm paying to be able to sync with my husband so we can collaborate in several different areas.

Are you able to log into your account from your computer's web browser at www.todo-cloud.com?

 

Yes I can log into my account online just fine. My online account will sync with my husbands account. Also, I can log into my husbands account in my app and it works just fine. So I know it's not my iPod or app.
