My todo Cloud is continuously crashing since this am

Todo Cloud on iPad opens as expected then shuts down in several seconds. The app on iPhone and on a Mac works as expected. I have rebooted the iPad several times to no avail. I am leary about deleting and re-installing the app on the device since it says that deleting it will delete all data. I don’t know if that means just on the device or on the Cloud.
