Appigo, there are so many unanswered product questions in your discussion area IN THE SUPPORT SECTION. I am trying to get answers to questions that were asked 3-4 years ago with no response from your team.
Instead of wasting time searching here it is easier to just spend the time and see if there is another product that allows me to keep and easily access my tasks for longer than a year.
You could definitely increase your customer LTV if you actually provided support in the support nav. --Even if the response does not solve the problem... A clear and detailed response is better than no response.
