I cannot log in into my accoutn

Hi there, I can log in via main appigo support chat room, but I cannot log in to my app on iPhone Xs. Just yesterday it all of a sudden show me the todo cloud page and ask me to sign in. I tried to log in, It’s the same ID and password but it just keep showing me ID & password don’t match, please help... My ID is zyong777@yahoo.com.sg

Hi Moo, 


The sync and login service is back online and all services running now. It was not hacked or compromised in any way. One of our servers was under high load and it incorrectly failed over to a low-cpu service which made it essentially unavailable. Everything working great now.
