What is the latest version of Todo Cloud for the Mac? Is there a way to update my Mac app from within the app itself?

Hi Sean. I finally tried the new version for just a couple weeks but it was a mess and not syncing. Thanks for putting it up for me though. I went back to plain "Todo Cloud" premium which is basically the old model with some of the new updates. You guys did have trouble long ago switching to the subscription model but now and. for a long time this version has been absolutely wonderful. I think the original 2 apps were for huge, "heavy" lists (made on computers and then looked at and occasionally tweaked on an iPhone) whereas the college kids now love iPads and they create lists on their iPads rather than mostly just looking at them. Todo was never great on the iPhone for more than just tweaking lists. Perhaps if you advise your older customers to stick with Todo Cloud they'll be happier. On the other hand, I would venture a guess that my "kids" who are all in University would prefer the new version (but doesn't it have syncing problems?). It might be helpful if you guys clarified which app was which. I couldn't figure it out, Apparently it's the Catalyst App I did not like. Well, please keep the Standard desktop app going. It's a good app. : )

ADMIN recommended the latest version (back then) and referred to it as the "cross platform version." What is the best version now for a new M3 Mac? There are 4 versions. Thank you. Also, what version should I use on why 10 year old Macs (Todo Cloud as. I have been?). Thank you.

The app should upgrade automatically without you having to manually reinstall each time. You should be all set for upcoming releases.

Got the link for 10.5.23, thanks. I assume the updater works in the version or do have to contact support every time the app says the new version is available?
What is the latest version for Mojave? Using the link in the previous post, I downloaded v10.5.21 but it says a newer version is available.
And how does someone download the latest version? The updater in the app is broken and your website has no download links unless it is hidden really well.

Hi Luc, yes the latest version of Todo Cloud does support macOS Catalina. Are you experiencing any problems using this version?

Does the latest version (10.5.21) still support Catalina (10.15.7) ?
My Mac Mini (Late 2012) does not support Big Sur.

Hello Sidney,
Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the late reply.
We have two flavors or the Mac app that we actively maintain:
- Our standard desktop app, which at the time of writing the latest version is 10.5.21. This app has the same UI/UX as our web app.
- Our Catalyst app which is essentially our iPad app built for Mac that is available via the Mac App Store here.
Feel free to reach out if you need assistance with anything else.

We suggest you use our cross-platform version of the desktop app. You can download from here: https://bit.ly/Todo-Cloud-Mac-10-5-23.
