Support for v10.5.25 using macOS Big Sur?

I’m currently running Todo Cloud v10.5.23 on a late 2014 Mac, running macOS Big Sur.


I’ve tried updating the app (to the latest version, 10.5.25), but the app will not install it. Is 10.5.25 compatible with Big Sur, or is Monterey of Ventura required to install & run it?
