What is a Smart List?
A smart list is really just a filter for viewing tasks. Smart lists are very similar to what you’d find with Smart Playlists in iTunes. The “Everything” smart list, for example, shows tasks that have been assigned to any custom list. Smart lists can be added and customised to filter out specific groups of tasks to make it easier to focus on tasks that are important to you at any particular time.
How to create a Smart List
To create a smart list in Todo Cloud for Mac or your mobile device you'd select the "Add a smart list" button in the navigation bar in the left column.
Selecting this button will then give you the option of selecting from a lists of predefined smart list or an option to create your own custom smart lists by selecting the "Define your own smart list..." button.
