To change your payment/billing information please do the following:


If your subscription has not expired you'll first need to temporarily "Downgrade" your account to stop auto-renewals linked to that card. (This will not cancel your current subscription). To downgrade your account please do the following:


- Login to todo-cloud.com

- Select your name in the top left

- Select Settings 

- Select Premium

- Select the  •••  button to the right

- Select downgrade account > Select Downgrade


After you've temporarily downgraded you will have the option to purchase a monthly or annual subscription.



If your subscription has not yet expired, and you'd like to change your payment card please note that upon immediately entering your new payment details, you will be charged, and it may be best to wait till closer to your expiration date if you do not wish to pay for an additional subscription in advance.
