How To: Send Diagnostic Report to Support

Your Diagnostic Report is used by our support staff to identify possible problems during a sync between Todo and your sync service. You can email it to us by following the steps below:

Todo Cloud 9 and newer

  1. Open Todo Cloud
  2. Tap the gear icon in the lower right corner
  3. Find the Diagnostics option at the bottom of the list
  4. Tap Email Diagnostics Report
  5. Tap Do NOT Include Tasks (select Include Tasks if advised by our team)
  6. Tap Email 
  7. When you are ready to email your Diagnostic Report, tap on Send


Todo 8.2.8 and older    

  1. In Todo, tap on the Settings button
  2. Tap on "Information"
  3. Tap on "Diagnostics"
  4. Scroll down to the very bottom, and tap on "Email Diagnostic Report"
  5. Read the instructions of the popup message and tap on "Email"
  6. Please include the description of the problem you are having or the ticket ID of your support case
  7. When you are ready to email your Diagnostic Report, tap on "Send"
