Your Diagnostic Report is used by our support staff to identify possible problems during a sync between Todo and your sync service. You can email it to us by following the steps below:
Todo Cloud 9 and newer
- Open Todo Cloud
- Tap the gear icon in the lower right corner
- Find the Diagnostics option at the bottom of the list
- Tap Email Diagnostics Report
- Tap Do NOT Include Tasks (select Include Tasks if advised by our team)
- Tap Email
- When you are ready to email your Diagnostic Report, tap on Send
Todo 8.2.8 and older
- In Todo, tap on the Settings button
- Tap on "Information"
- Tap on "Diagnostics"
- Scroll down to the very bottom, and tap on "Email Diagnostic Report"
- Read the instructions of the popup message and tap on "Email"
- Please include the description of the problem you are having or the ticket ID of your support case
- When you are ready to email your Diagnostic Report, tap on "Send"
