With Todo Cloud, you are able to share your lists and then delegate tasks to friends or co-workers and get things done as a group. Use comments to get up-to-date information about the progress of your tasks.

Sharing Lists:

  • Todo Cloud Web & Todo Cloud Mac
    1. Right-click the list name and select Edit List
    2. Click Change for Sharing options 
    3. If you invited users to your list previously, click on their name in the menu to assign the task to them. Click the "Invite someone to this list" option if they are not listed.
    4. When you click "Invite someone to this list", enter the email address and a brief message or choose from the list of persons you shared lists with previously from the provided menu.
    5. Click the Invite option in the upper right corner when you're done.
    6. Click Done

      When the invited user accepts your invite, you may follow steps 1-3 to have the task assigned to them.
       
  • Todo Cloud for iOS
    1. Open the Todo Cloud app
    2. Tap the Tasks option in the navigation bar
    3. Locate your desired list and gently swipe left on the list name.
    4. Tap Edit List > Edit
    5. Tap Share Options
    6. If you invited users to your list previously, click on their name in the menu to assign the task to them. If they are not listed, click the "Invite someone to this list" option.
    7. When you click "Invite someone to this list", enter the email address or choose from the list of persons you shared lists with previously from the provided menu. You may also choose contacts stored in your phone. 
    8. Click the Invite(#) option in the upper right corner when you're done.
    9. Click Done

      When the invited user accepts your invite, you may follow steps 1-6 to have the task assigned to them.
