Share and Collaborate to Get More Done

One of the great things about Todo Cloud is that it gives you the ability to easily collaborate on tasks/projects with family, friends or co-workers to get things done as a group. You can use comments to get up to date information about the progress of your shared tasks.

To share your list in Todo Cloud Web

  • Hover over the list you'd like to share and right-click on it  or select the More Options icon - "•••"  and select Share this list
  • Select "Invite someone to this list"
  • Enter the email address for whom you would like to share your list with
  • Press the Invite button

  • Assigning Tasks in a Shared List:
    • Double Click on the task you want to assign to bring up the Task Edit panel
    • Select Assign this to someone from the panel
    • Select the person whom you would like to assign the task
  • Comments:
    • Double click on a task to bring up the Task Edit panel
    • Select Comments to open the comment box
    • Type your comments and press return on the keyboard
