Creating tasks using email

Use the "Inbound Task Email" feature of your Todo Cloud Premium account to create tasks via email. Once you have an inbound task email set up, just send a mail to your unique "Inbound Task Email" and the subject of the email will become the task name (the body of the email will be converted into the task's note).

To find or create your email address:

  • Log into Todo Cloud Web from your computer's web browser (
  • Click your name in the top left corner 
  • Click Settings from the left menu
  • On the Account tab, you will see an email address being displayed beneath your username. You can create new tasks by sending emails to this email address.
