How To: Set Location Alert

Do you have a task that is not time-sensitive? Let's say you don't necessarily have a due date in mind, but you would like to complete that task the next time you are in a specific region. Use this opportunity to leverage our Location Alert feature. Todo Cloud offers this simple but effective option to help you to have more productive days. Never miss a beat for these non-critical but location-sensitive tasks.

Here are the steps to set this up:

1. Tap on one of your existing tasks or have a new one created.
2. Access the task details screen and choose the location pin icon in the Action field. 
3. Grant Todo Cloud access to your map by selecting "Allow While Using App."
4. Use the map to manually search for your location or use the search field at the top of the screen.
5. Tap to secure your desired location on the map. 
6. Tap Edit Task to finalize your selection.
