Todo Cloud New AI Feature!

We have exciting news, Todoers! Our app now has AI capabilities that will make your to-do list more organized and easier to manage. Our AI integration breaks down complex task entries into actionable steps and simplifies your task labeling. Are you struggling to complete a task? Our AI feature can offer tips and tricks to help you overcome obstacles so that you can move on to your other scheduled items.

To access this feature, tap the AI button in the upper right corner as indicated in the screenshot below and choose from the options Split task into steps, Make tasks more actionable, Get tips for completing tasks.

Mobile: iOS

Split Task Into Steps :

When you select this option, enter the task you want the AI to convert for you and tap Done on the keyboard or the blue AI button above the keyboard. The suggested steps will appear on the next screen, and you can choose to convert the task into a project or checklist using the options provided in the lower right corner of the screen. Tap the Create button to add the entry to your account.

Make Tasks More Actionable

When you select this option, enter the task you want the AI to make more actionable and tap Done on the keyboard or the blue AI button above the keyboard. This feature will review your task and offer to add the simplified label to the Note section of that task.

Get Tips For Completing Tasks:

When you select this option, enter the task you want the AI to offer suggestions for and tap Done on the keyboard or the blue AI button above the keyboard. This feature will review your task and offer a detailed suggestion on how to complete the task. An option will appear in the lower right to add the suggestion to the Note section of that task.

Web/Desktop App

Split Task Into Steps :

When you select this option, enter the task in the provided field and click the blue AI Assistant button on the right of the task name field. A popup window will appear, allowing you to choose from the options the AI Assistant has available - choose Split task into steps. Follow the series of prompts until you are presented with a full breakdown of suggested steps you should take to complete the task. You may convert the task into a project or checklist using the options provided in the upper center of the screen. Click the Add Sub-Tasks button in the lower right corner to add the entry to your account.

Make Tasks More Actionable

Enter the task in the provided field and click the blue AI Assistant button on the right of the task name field. When the popup appears, click the "Make task more feasible" option. You should follow the series of prompts until you get to the last screen, where the AI Assistant will suggest the changes you should make to your task entry. Choose your preferred option and click the Re-Write Task option in the lower right corner.

Get Tips For Completing Tasks:

Enter the task in the provided field and click the blue AI Assistant button on the right of the task name field. When the popup appears, click the "Get tips for completing task" option. You should follow the series of prompts until you get to the last screen, where the AI Assistant will provide tips for completing the task successfully. Choose to add the suggestion to the notes for your task by clicking the blue Add to Notes button in the lower right corner of the popup.
