Google Calendar Integration

Now you can see your tasks and events together in one place, either in your Todo Cloud app or in your calendar. Here is how to set up the integration

First, log in to Todo Cloud on the web by going to https://www.todo-cloud.com, then click on your name in the top left and select 'Settings'.

From the Settings screen, click on 'Integrations' then click on 'Connect Calendar'. You'll be redirected to sign in to your Google Account. To grant Todo Cloud access to your Google Calendar, click Allow then you'll be taken back to the Todo Cloud Integration window.

Once you've connected Todo Cloud to your Google Calendar you can now select what calendars sync with your Todo Cloud lists. To do so, simply click on the 'Add Calendar' button.

When adding your Google Calendar, you'll need to set up how your events and tasks are synced. The options are:

  • Select Google Calendar
    • Select what Google Calendar you'd like to sync. You can choose one of your existing calendars or create a new one just for your Todo Cloud tasks so that you can easily toggle it on or off in Google Calendar. Only events created in the selected calendar will be added as Todo Cloud tasks.

  • Select Todo Cloud List
    • Select what Todo Cloud list you'd like to have the calendar items sync to.

  • Tasks from Google Calendar or Todo Cloud without a time
    • Select whether or not you want to sync tasks between Todo Cloud and Google Calendar that do not have a due time.

  • When a Todo Cloud task is completed
    • Select whether or not you want to leave an event on Google Calendar once the synced task is completed in Todo Cloud.

  • When a Todo Cloud task is deleted
    • Select whether or not you want to leave an event on Google Calendar once the synced task is deleted in Todo Cloud.

  • Sync Period
    • Choose how far back you'd like to sync your calendars to Todo Cloud.

  • Tag
    • Write the name of the tag you want to add to tasks synced from the selected calendar. (If this tag does not exist in your Todo Cloud account it will automatically be created after setting up the integration.)
