Stay Organised with Todo Cloud's New Calendar View



We're thrilled to introduce the new calendar view in Todo Cloud, a highly requested feature that makes it easier than ever to visualise and manage your tasks over time.


The calendar view displays all your tasks for the month on an intuitive grid, color-coded by list. Key features include:

  1. Month overview: Get a birds-eye view of your tasks for the entire month at a glance. Easily scroll between months.

  2. Task details on hover: Mouse over any task on the calendar to see its name, due date, assigned list, and more - without having to click into the task.

  3. Quick task add: Click on any date to rapidly add a new task right from the calendar view. Great for quickly scheduling to-do's as you think of them.

  4. Navigation to day/week views: Simply click a date on the calendar to jump to the more granular day or week views to manage task details.


We've designed the calendar view to be extremely user-friendly, with thoughtful interactions throughout. It's perfect for both long-term planning as well as zeroing in on your daily agenda.


The new calendar view is available starting today for all Todo Cloud subscribers. Just click the "Month" tab at the top of your Tasks screen to try it out.
